It was offered for sale on ebay 1/5/06 and again 1/16/06 by a seller in Florida but did not make the reserve. This latest auction is by a seller in New Jersey. In the latest three offerings the text of the ebay offerings has been identical. This seller has zero feedback and will only accept cash, cashiers check or money order. I have an archive of the original ebay listing. Update: As of 1:46 PM ebay has removed this listing.
