5/19/05
Organized the garage so I can still fit the Europa (with about 4" to spare). Not enough room to do any work on it but at least it's out of the weather. Will pull it outside on nice days when I want to work on it.

Sold the Tavern today. Six hours at the closing table while the buyer's bank and the Title Company faxed papers back and forth. What an ordeal! We're now retired and looking forward to some free time.

Started the Europa for the first time since I parked it after bringing it home from the paint shop on 10/22/04. Moved it to the front yard and covered it so I could store two pool tables and a juke box from the Tavern in the garage. Will store them "temporarily" while we find a buyer for them but I should still have room to store the Europa.
