My list of items that require attention, and those that have been completed
To Do
Install a new windshield washer system
Install new electronic heater valve
Install remote battery disconnect switch
Modify the brake pedal to move the pad 1/2" or 3/4" to the left
Install an electric fuel pump, filter and regulator
Get a jack for emergency tire changing
Repair interior lights (door switches)
Repair Ammeter light
Install the new aluminum Radiator
Install the new stainless steel stone guard
Done
Installed a new fresh air fan
Sealed the air plenum
Installed "Prostripe" black molding around the windshield
Repainted Corvette Millennium Yellow (GM code 79U) - October 2004
Installed 155/80R13 tires on the original steel wheels to use as a spare
Installed the Stainless Steel door hinges I bought from Norm Vandal
Replaced the Supertrapp muffler with a Thrush Turbo muffler
Installed new GT-500 mirrors
Recovered the crash pad
Moved the front license to the left of the grill
Adjusted the throttle return spring and idle
Removed the discolored windshield trim
Installed K&N Air Filter
Installed K&N Crankcase filter
Modified the Swirl Pot and re-routed the associated radiator hose
Added catch cans for coolant and fuel overflow
Cleaned the engine
Checked and lubricated all front suspension parts
Tightened loose steering arm to vertical link bolts
Checked front brake rotors and pads
Removed the original coolant re-circulation tank
Removed the original fuel catch can
Installed a battery tray and hold-down
Removed all SCCA decals
Replaced broken antenna mast
Made a spare set of keys
Replace missing inside rear-view mirror
Fixed brake and rear turn signal lights
Fixed drivers window which was stuck down
Replaced rusted screws on the engine cover vent screens
Changed to Yokohama Avid T4 (175/70TR13) tires
