The only difference (from previous Europa models) to the steering is, a universal joint now incorporated at the lower end of the steering column, attached column to steering unit, in place of the flexible coupling. Note that no attempt should be made to repair the universal joint: it must be replaced as a complete assembly. All other information on steering will be found in the Lotus Workshop Manual.
